Our services are provided for the recycling of approved metal items only. Prohibited items such as hazardous materials, non-recyclable waste, or stolen property will not be accepted.

Roll-Off Container Services
Roll-off containers are provided based on availability and must be used exclusively for metal recycling. Containers must be kept on approved surfaces, and customers are responsible for any damage caused while on their property.

Payments and Rates
All payments for scrap metal are determined based on weight and current market rates. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability
Virginia Scrap is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the delivery, use, or removal of roll-off containers or visits to our facility.

Environmental Compliance
Customers are required to ensure that all items delivered for recycling comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service or reject any materials that do not meet our recycling standards or pose a safety risk.
